Issues Reason Solution
The power-on indicator light is not illuminated.
First, when the power supply for each circuit board assembly (PCBA) is normal, the following reasons may cause abnormal situations:
    1. Instability in voltage, overcurrent / overvoltage shock may result in interruption or loss of data reading during startup;
    2. The solder joints of the chips are affected by the environment and transportation, causing loose connections;
    3. The lifespan of the chips has exhausted or they have aged, with defective areas leading to abnormal data reading.

The remote control didn't respond when pressed. 1. Abnormality of the motherboard infrared receiver or the infrared remote control. 2. The solder joints of the dongle infrared receiver socket are loose, resulting in poor contact, or the infrared receiver or remote control is abnormal.

1. Mainboard: The remote control is properly installed with batteries - it emits infrared normally - control by pointing at the box.

2. Dongle: Insert infrared - the remote control is properly installed with batteries - emits infrared normally - control by pointing at the infrared receiver.

Running slowly 1. The chip itself is aging; 2. There are bad blocks within the internal partitions.
Unable to connect to WiFi The WiFi main chip has aged or there is a loose connection at the solder joints; the solution requires either repair or replacement of the WiFi. Customers cannot perform the repair themselves. /
The application is not usable. The EMMC core is damaged; aging has caused abnormal data reading and writing.
